M. Carmen Howard is a graduate of Kendall College in Evanston, Illinois and majored for two years in the Spanish Language at the University of the Americas in Mexico City, Mexico. She completed one year at the Kellogg College of Business at Northwestern University in Evanston, IL and has been actively involved in various capacities in the Electronics Industry over the last 20 years.

Her initial marketing assignment involved negotiating International Trade Agreements for Apeco Corporation in their International Marketing Division, where she spent five years. She spent five years with the corporate staff of Sun Electric Corporation at their Chicago headquarters and also served as an officer for a major subsidiary of Emerson Electric Company based in the Chicago area.

In 1987, Carmen started her own consulting business where she was able to combine her industrial sales and marketing background with her bilingual skills and developed a thriving client base for delivering English as a second language to many corporate and private companies throughout the United States.

Carmen joined Cadco in 1999, with the initial responsibility to develop and stabilize the Western United States and International Markets. Since 2003 Carmen has worked on various special marketing and sales projects in the US and International Markets while further contributing to Cadco's base growth of the OEM and Distribution Market.
